Recently, she has started a new entrepreneur training program series called "STEP UP Youth" and "STEP UP Ladies". Ford has also done workshops for the City of Detroit, and Monroe bank and Trust. Her expertise has allotted her the opportunity to do educational classes for Detroit public schools teaching employability skills and life skill classes, and motivational speeches for graduating students from vocational classes.
